Policies & Rental TermsTo ensure the highest quality of service and availability for all our clients, please adhere to the following policies regarding your plant and floral rentals:
Cancellation & Adjustments: We understand that event plans can change. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled show move-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that no adjustments or refunds can be made once the show or event has closed, and no refunds are provided at the show site.
Rental Basis: All inventory items, including plants and decorative planters, are provided on a rental basis. The only exceptions are fresh cut arrangements and Bubble Bowls, which are for purchase.
Missing Items: Clients are responsible for all rented materials while they are on-site. An additional charge will be applied to the final invoice for any items that are missing or not returned at the conclusion of the event.
Substitutions: Due to the live nature of our products, specific availability may be affected by holidays, seasonal changes, and regional geography. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions to ensure your display remains lush and vibrant.
