DisclaimersPlant & Floral PoliciesWatering — Events exceeding 4–5 days require a team member to water plants on-site. Additional charge: $150.
Floral Refreshes — Arrangements used beyond 4–5 days may require a full refresh. Replacement costs will be added based on product needed.
Plant Movement — Plants may not be moved by anyone other than our team. For multi-location orders, all placement areas must be confirmed in advance. Once placed, plants must remain in their designated location. Additional fees apply if plants are moved or if our team must wait to retrieve them during strike.
Delivery & LogisticsLogistics Confirmation — All logistics (setup, strike, booth number, onsite contact, etc.) must be confirmed no less than one week prior to the event. Changes within that window may incur additional fees and cannot be guaranteed.
elivery Window — A minimum 3-hour delivery window is required based on order size. Dock access or specific delivery areas must be confirmed by the client in advance.
Convention Orders — All convention/trade show orders are delivered the day before show open unless otherwise confirmed.Plant vs. Floral Delivery — Orders containing both plants and florals may require two separate deliveries. For a 3-day show, we recommend florals not be delivered more than 1 day prior to opening. Plants sustain longer with proper watering; florals may vary based on show conditions.
Additional Services Requests beyond standard order confirmation and delivery — including venue communication, COIs, renderings, or other administrative tasks — may incur additional fees.
Special Orders Special order items (specific plants, pots, florals, etc.) require full payment in advance before orders are placed with vendors. No special requests will be processed without signed payment confirmation. Lead times vary by vendor availability.
Payments A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure scheduling.
Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
Wire transfers incur a $40 processing fee.
